Cancellation policy

At Nailora, every set of luxury press-on nails is handcrafted with care, precision, and attention to detail. We want you to have a seamless experience from pre-order to delivery, so please review the policy below before placing your order.

Pre-Orders

 

Our Pre-Order Period runs from October 26th to October 30th.

All pre-orders will begin shipping from October 31st.

Once your order is placed during this period, it is considered final, as each set is made-to-order. Please ensure your sizing and design selections are correct before completing your purchase.


 


 

Order Cancellations

 

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun.

After this period, cancellations cannot be accepted as your nails will already be in progress and materials allocated.

Exchanges

 

We want you to love your nails as much as we love creating them. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your support email] with clear photos and your order number.


We gladly offer exchanges in the following cases:


  • The wrong size or design was sent
  • The set arrived damaged or defective
  • There was an error in your order caused by us


If your nails don’t fit, we can arrange an exchange for a different size once the unused set is returned in its original, unopened packaging.

Please note: for hygiene and safety reasons, worn or used nails cannot be returned or refunded.


Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.

Refunds

 

Due to the custom and hygienic nature of our products, we do not currently offer refunds.

In the rare event a replacement or exchange is not possible, store credit may be issued at our discretion.

Sizing Kits (Coming Late November)

 

To help you find your perfect fit, we’ll be launching Sizing Kits in late November.

We highly recommend purchasing one before placing future orders to ensure your press-ons fit flawlessly.

Future Subscriptions

We’ll soon be offering subscription options for regular deliveries of exclusive designs and seasonal collections.

Subscription details, including renewal and cancellation policies, will be shared closer to launch.
