Refund policy

We hope you love your new luxury press-on nails! If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order in line with UK consumer rights.

Eligibility:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Due to hygiene reasons, press-on nails that have been opened or tried on cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Sale or clearance items are not eligible for returns unless faulty.
- Custom or made-to-order nail sets are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

Process:
1. Contact us at support@nailorauk.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions.
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.

Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like another style, please place a new order once your return is processed.

Damaged or Faulty Items:
If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll resolve it promptly.
