Order Processing Time

How long will it take to process my order?

Each Nailora set is handmade with care. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Time

When will my order arrive?

Once shipped, UK orders typically arrive within 2–3 business days. International delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing. You’ll receive full tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my order?

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn or used items. However, if there’s an issue with sizing or if your nails arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll arrange an exchange or replacement where applicable.
