Q: How long do Nailora press-on nails last?
With proper application, Nailora nails can last up to 2 weeks. For temporary wear, our adhesive tabs allow you to enjoy your set for a few days.
Q: Can I reuse my Nailora nails?
Yes! Each set is designed to be reusable. With gentle removal and care, you can wear your nails multiple times.
Q: What’s included in each set?
Every Nailora set comes with 24 nails in multiple sizes, a luxury prep kit (file, buffer, cuticle stick, alcohol pad), adhesive tabs, and our strong Nailora glue.
Orders & Shipping
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. Standard UK delivery is 3–5 working days. International delivery times vary depending on location.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Nailora ships worldwide. Shipping costs and times will be calculated at checkout.
Q: How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: Can I return my order?
Due to hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on opened nail sets. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll be happy to resolve it.

Q: Do you offer custom designs?
Currently, Nailora focuses on our curated seasonal collections. However, we’re always developing new designs — sign up to our newsletter for first access to limited editions.
Q: Are the nails safe for my natural nails?
Yes — when applied and removed correctly, Nailora nails are safe and won’t damage your natural nails. We provide a care guide in every set to help you apply and remove them properly.
